MyShiftLink Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to MyShiftLink. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyShiftLink platform (web and mobile). By registering as a driver or business, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyShiftLink. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Platform Use
For Drivers:- You may browse and apply to jobs using your account.- Applications may require credits or a valid subscription plan.- You agree to represent yourself truthfully and fulfil any commitments made to businesses.
For Businesses:- You may post job adverts for delivery work using your purchased job credits or subscription plan.- You agree to provide clear, legal, and fair job descriptions.- You are solely responsible for the hiring, payment, and management of any drivers you engage.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
MyShiftLink charges fees for job postings and job applications, as outlined on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued once a credit is used or a subscription cycle begins, unless required by law.
5. Off-Platform Engagement Policy
To maintain the integrity of the platform, businesses and drivers agree not to engage in direct hiring or work arrangements outside the platform for a period of 90 days from their initial connection on MyShiftLink. This includes:- Sharing personal contact details before a job is accepted- Arranging deliveries or shifts directly without using MyShiftLink- Encouraging or requesting off-platform communication for future jobs Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or removal.
6. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or we
are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings.
7. Liability & Indemnity
MyShiftLink does not employ drivers or businesses and is not responsible for any disputes, injuries, or loss resulting from engagements between users. You agree to indemnify and hold MyShiftLink harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
